I have a serious concern of how my data is being consumed by iPage. I called support regarding issues with my emails and the only solution support has to troubleshoot and resolve is by setting up my email on their personal Gmail accounts. And they feel it's totally legitimate to do so because that's the only way they can debug and resolve a problem.

Here's an except from your Legal User Agreement - https://www.ipage.com/legal/legal_useragreement.bml
"iPage does not control or monitor the information or data you store on, or transmit through, our Services."

Which is totally against how my data is being treated by i-Page. I have a proof of the support rep logging into my email to receive and send email. On top of that, after the support rep logged in, I see that my recent emails have been deleted from my Inbox.

Can someone explain to my where did the emails to my Inbox go and why was my account used by support rep's to setup with their own personal emails?

And it get's even better. The support person setup email account on her personal email as POP3 and forgot to turn off the setting which deletes the email from the server once it's downloaded to the client. So all my email has been deleted from the server and I can't see any email now. This is how business customers are treated and their data be breached and mis-handled by non-professional support reps at iPage.
