I transferred hosting to this company last year. I also purchased additional services with them, that was not suppose to automatically renew because I did not plan on using those services again.

My hosting with them is for 2 or 3 years paid in full when I transferred my service to them. On March 21, 2015 I noticed unauthorized charges on my credit card from iPage.com. I called and spoke to a rep that told me that is was for these additional services.

I told her that I did not authorize those charges and the automatic billing was turned off on all service so I reported the charges as an unauthorized charge on my credit card.

The next time I know they have shut down my company website completely I have no access to my domain or the hosting service that I paid for in full. I've spoken to 10 different reps that all end up telling me the same thing "I can create a ticket for you but it will take 24 to 48 hours to resolve".

This is tax season and I can't access any of my emails! I spoke to a rep that told me that I would have to pay for the additional services that I don't want and pay an additional fee of $15.00 to gain access to my domain and the control panel. This was after I told him that I want them to unlock my domain to transfer to another hosting company and be reimbursed for the hosting services I did not use.

In my years of using hosting services I have never had anything like this happen to me especially when I did not authorize them to charge my credit card for these additional services. Today is March 27, 2015 and they have yet to fix the issue.
