I page, Ipage IPAGE IS THE SCAMMIEST WEB HOSTING PROVIDER - THEY DOUBLED MY BILLING WITHOUT NOTICE??? AND THEY THINK THATS OK?? Internet

Ipage is the scammiest Web Hosting Service Provider on the Internet. They Pay-Per-Click Market Themselves as being the #1 Host Service Provider and they Do alot of SEO Marketing to list themselves as number 1 among the Web Hosting Service Providers.

 I've used Ipage for approximately 8 months and I've left my Credit Card as a Billing, When I signed up for a so-called promotion they were running as they were listed #1, I automatically signed up with them. I signed up for a dedictaed Server and pointed my servers for to them to handle my service. The Rate I signed up for was 74.99 Per Month with 500 Bandwidth. Seemed like a good deal, then after I signed up my site kept going down (They promised me no server interuptions and it happened 3 times) after I had kept maintaining my server the issues arriving from the interruptions had nothing to do with anything in my power.

  Then, I had called up and they Doubled the amount I was supposed to get charged to $140.00 per month without notice. I had no choice but to pay this amount because they Deactivated my account due to Non-Payment. I had left more than enough in my account for the next 6 months of hosting and had no idea unti I checked they Doubled what we've Agreed to be billed for my service.

 When I asked Ipage why they charged that, the Custoimer Service techinicians (And Senior Billing Account Manager) were both extremely rude and cocky individuals and they outright told me "We don't have to notify our customers, we can just bill them what we feel like". That really pissed me off and Furthermore forced me to actually pay the 140.00 over the course of 6 months of billing inorder to get my site up and running. And then they said it will be up and running in 10 minutes after our conversation and 2 Weeks Later they Over-charged my Credit Card on file and my account is still not up and running.

  Disguted, just completely disgusted. I know first hand they are not merely close as the number 1 service provider. Anyone else would be a better choice. I hope my experience can sway everyone away from these people and this mismanaged company.
