IPayment Inc. iPayment is illegally holding funds and charging illegal fees Calabasas , California

My story is not much different from what is already written here about iPayment Inc, so I will be brief.

I have been with iPayment for 3 year.
Every year they find a reason to hold my funds. First it was due to chargebacks, they asked me to fax them invoices which I did. After a few months they released the funds.

3 months ago they placed a hold on funds again claiming that I have a big number of returns (refunds). Which was a complete lie because the refunds I am issuing are on the same level every month.

The person I spoke in the risk management department was Omar, he was rude and unprofessional.
He said that I can't do anything for them to release the funds and I have to wait for 90 days, then they would review it. After 90 days they called me again with another reason. Now it was due to increased chargeback rate that they would hold the funds for additional 90 day.
They have been holding more than 5000 for 4 months already without paying any interest. With hundreds of complaints about this company here and other sites on the internet I am surprised that there is no class action suit against them.
