I dealt with iPayment Inc for almost 8 Years and I have just hated their customer service and merchant Support all along. We did volumes upto 3 million dollars with them every year and I have found them to be excessive in their fees structure, very poor risk management service and shady accounting practices. They will make changes to your account without ever sending you an official letter or calling your number. They will charge you $25 for every chargeback and will double deduct chargebacks even when refunds had been issued. iPayment is not the merchant service provider that will help your business grow. Stay away from them at all cost! Trust me on this. I do recommend Pivotal Payments. This company has excellent merchant support and reasonable rates, much better than iPayments inc. iPayment has ripped our company off for $58000.00 and we just can not get them to return our funds.
