IPayment Inc. ripoff of revenues from honest merchants Chatsworth California

I am a merchant of quality rugs made in USA to the public. I sell the rugs at a rug sale in towns of the northeast USA. We always swipe the credit card and have a paper credit card invoice signed by the purchaser. I signed up with IPayment Inc, through a sales agent for credit card processors. After 5 months, IPayment, without warning to me, confiscated my revenues from a decent week and closed the account. IPayment has no excuse. It says the price of the rugs is higher than the average ticket that I signed up with. It will not remit my money to me. It demanded that I refund all the money to the customers and give away free rugs.

IPayment has confiscated $2500 from me. I still, three weeks later, have received no notice or explanation from IPayment Inc.
