trying to get an ipod fixed (it would run off mains but not batteries) so could give it back fixed to its owner. Chose the RELAX service which means they are meant to courier it back. I sent off box, received email notifications it had shipped but never received package. Tried to contact them only at this time realising they did not have a phone number. I emailed them using their contact us service as well as replying to their emails over a 3 week period and got no response at all.

Learning point never trust a company that does not have a contact number

I too am having a similar experience although I have received a call from Ipod Doctor. If you have paid by Visa then you should be able to contact the credit card company and have the transaction cancelled. It is then up to the seller to prove that the transaction is valid.
