iPOD Doctor Don't use these Rip Off merchants, they take your money and give no service Internet

 Last week i arranged for my ipod to be serviced by ipod-doctor. I needed a replacement battery and paid for the special delivery service. Within two days  my ipod was returned to me working fantastically with a brand spanking new fully charged battery.

 I read the reviews on this site prior to sending my ipod off and was rather dubious in regards to the legitamacy of the claims particularly the "American based" customer using a company based in Scarborough???

This company provided a first class service for me and i would be happy to used them again!

I sent my ipod for possible repair 1 week ago - within 2 days I was phoned and told it needed more than a battery but was also informed that the repair would not take too long and I should receive the ipod back within a few days.  I made the mistake of paying for this service over the phone and have heard nothing since.  No replies to my emails and of course there is no contact phone number.

This company seem very good to start and then suddenly "disappear" once it's down to them to deliver.

DO NOT TRUST.

I have used ipod Doctor once and found then to be helpful and honest, they rung me when they recieved my ipod and gave me advice on the battery and explained what they proposed to do.

I recieved my repaired ipod Two days later and has been working fine ever since
I have to say ipod Doctor were exellent and I have no hesitation in recommending or using them again in the future.

I have used this company before to replace my ipod classic battery after my kitchen flooded and ruined it.  The self fitting kit was very cheap, the instructions were good and it arrived quickly with no hassle.  I feel this is very unfair posting such a bold statement about this company, so unfair in fact they contacted me in hope i would post here to defend them, and believe me im lazy so if i didnt think it was worth while i wouldnt be taking time out to write this.  I have no affilation with the company i may add, but after the comment about 'how can there be user reports when you can't add them on the site?' i will explain how.  I wrote them an email after it turned up and i fitted it, thats how!  I expressed how happy i was with their service even though i was worried they were a cowboy outfit, a) because they were cheap and b) the scare mongerers out there led my to believe it was destined for the bin!  So please all who read this understand every company has slip ups dont let the above report tarnish a great cheap service from the ipod doctor.

I sent my iPod in for battery replacement over Easter and so it was about a week late being sent back, but otherwise I have no complaints. The firm did a good job for a good price.

I am a customer and received excellent service . The package arrived as advertised . I packed my ipod in the box and returned it to IPOD Doctor . There was a fault on my ipod which they identified and repaired at an agreed price and returned it to me promptly . I found the service to be without fault .

I have used iPod doctor twice, have had no problems, and have been pleased with their service on both occasions.

Just to say that I have purchased from this company and received very good and quick service with no problems experienced.

I have had occation to use Ipod Doctor twice now, both times to have the battery replaced in two diffrent ipods.  I cannot recommend their service highly enough.  I found it porfessional, quick and worth every penny.

I have no complaints about the service I received from iPodDoctor, who supplied the replacement battery for my iPod promptly, along with the necessary instuctions for fitting it and the necessary tools for opening the case.

We have sent 2 return shipping packages to this gentleman, both of which were stated as not being received (but have not been returned by Royal Mail).
Despite several emails requesting an alternate shipping address, we received no replies and have refunded the customer in full.
