IPod Doctor have had my ipod for over 2 months and not answered any of my e-mails sent. They did leave a message on my answerphone a month ago promising to ring back, but they haven't. Internet

I ordered a battery from Ipod doctor in August 2010. It arrived quickly and I fitted it but the ipod was not better. Therefore they suggested sending it in and pretty quickly and left a message on my mobile saying I needed a new motherboard and sent me a link through where I could pay.

I did this then heard nothing for a week or two so e-mailed them a few times. I eventually got a phone call apologising saying they'd had some dodgy motherboards and sorry for the delay. I then got my ipod returned but it was no different from before.

I e-mailed ipod doctor several times and eventually the guy rang me back apologising but he'd been away and nobody else knew what to do with the e-mails. He told me to send the ipod in and I got an e-mail saying they'd received it on 19/11/10.

Since then I've sent several e-mails asking, threatening, complaining and have had no response. I did have an answerphone message on 20/12/10 saying somebody from ipod doctor needed to speak to me and they'd ring back but in 2 months I've heard nothing and there is no telephone number to contact them on. I've paid for a new mother board and a battery and I don't have either or my ipod. And all this started in August 2010 and it annoys me when I see there testimonials with such quick service when I'm still waiting.

I've noticed they've answered to a previous complaint so I look forward to their explanation for this 2 month wait and hope that they allow my to add my own testimonial.
