Phone: (###)###-0440 Don't talk to Ken email: ken@i-soldit.com, he will be more than willing to feed you full of bullsh** and take your money. Typically, iSold It's commission is 30% of the first $500 and 20% of the remaining amount (over $500). iSold It charges a $5.00 minimum commission per item. Now, this is the way they sell you on the busines, easy money, you don't have to extend any additional money to operate the business, Then later you find out that if you convince the local rep($$$$) then you get a bigger share of the sales. HMMM.

I sent a cashiers check directly to Ken, he said he would take care of all the paperwork, don't worry, this is how things are done, he said. $25.000.00, OHHH, But wait, the additional costs, the "required frontage" the advertisement, the required software, I want out, money back. I have called and spoke with Rick , Jerry, Leslie, no one will help. I am willing to take a hit on this,

TRUST ME, STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I was an employee for the very first iSold It Store in Pasadena. Believe me, these people are completely clueless when it comes to internet sales, specifically eBay. Before opening their first franchise store in Pasadena, California, they had not even sold ONE SINGLE ITEM ON EBAY... EVER.

After one week, it really became clear how incompetent the owners of this franchise are. Although they have definitely suckered alot of folks into falling for the garbage they shovel.

From Day 1, they had very little concern with the actual process of the store. They had no desire to setup a smooth and automated system, resisted purchasine more computers which were necessary, and had no desire to help make the software more efficient. Paid employees pennies and manager only got paid 11 dollars an hour for 6 day work week, sometimes with many overtime hours (non-paid) and no benefits. They said "we're a start up, that's the way it goes." B.S. The manager worked his a*s off for them and if it wasn't for him, their first franchise store would have failed after a few months. He basically ran their entire operation for the first 4 months and finally got fed up with their lack of common-sense, vision, refusal to listen, greed etc. and he finally walked out.

From Day 1, it was "Franchise, Franchise, Franchise..." They don't care about their customers, the sales, or their employees. I've seen it first hand from the owners. I'll give them one thing though, they sure are smart at franchising their Pretzels and eBay stores all over the world. Filthy rich without doing s**t.

Leaving that company was the best thing I ever did.

isoldit franchise stole my hard earned money yo

When I moved to CA, My people told me to buy this business. I called Ken, he said how much money I will make, so easy. I need quick turn around on my hard earned money. Ken, took $15.000 US dollars from me. He said to spend more to advertise, here in San Diego. This location Ken said was researched to be a good place. I rented the store, my brother is mad now I have to say get another job. Ke will not call me, or see me now. Ken lied to get my money. This is internet SCAM. Ken made big promises.

You have to love the "additional charges" bit that they get you with. I spent $13,000 on the initial frnachise and an extra $17,000 on the additional charges before I gave up on everything. I've been back and forth with Rick Morris and Keith Watson on this and they keeps sticking to the same old story that I signed off on the contract. I was sold a bunch of things that never happened like a fast ROI and support that was topnotch. The only thing they know how to do is collect all those fees in a timely manner.

I was looking to invest with a reputable company. I have extensive experience with franchises. iSOLDIT franchise representatives wrongfully represented this opportunity. Keith Watson, the northwest representive lied to me, straight out. I invested over $55,000 initially, with additional expenses for software, real-estate, equipment and advertising. franchising@i-soldit.com. 626-584-0440 Ext 10.I have requested on several occasions I have requested a meeting to discuss the closing of this business, as it is not what was represented to me. THE support and ROI is no where what was represented to me. I, so far have spoken with Ken ken@isoldit.com and Keith@isoldit.com. My next call will be to my lawyer.
