 It Works products that I used - facial and body wrap.    This very expensive and messy product is a scam. It does absolutely nothing but make a mess.    After ordering, I learned I could not cancel until I had purchased over $300 in merchandise unless I reverted to a "retail price" they developed plus pay $50.  When I tried to contact them to cancel, the customer service number said "busy and you must call back"  After four tries I gave up.  On the net I did find a FAX number to stop a fourth shipment.   

My original shipment was for a weight loss drug which I returned. Please do not make my mistake.    Do not purchase this product.

smc tom bosley I read someones elses scam report on this company,you gotta know how to sell this stuff,when you are new,and you had no selling experience or no biusness training,it dosnt work well,i payed for a start up pack,with catalogs,,i didn't make any money either,i only sold 1 or two items,to a close friend,but getting others to buy isn't easy,thier training team didn't help me much,i don't know if you can actually make any profits,with this company,but I got tired of investing money,and not getting what they promised, had me invest in catalogs,gift cards,sample products,it works like avon that way,you gotta make more than you invest,i just wasnt getting anything sold or people wernt ordering from my catalogs.,

nouveau restor ordered a trial order for face and eye cream which i received two weeks later. the add never mentioned that i would have to pay full price and would be charged for future shipments. the trial price for each product was $5. future shipments would be for $90. how can you cancel a trial order in two weeks if you have not yet received the products and have had a chance to use it to see if it works. the agent i spoke to, pedro, # 0499 stated that the two weeks starts from the day you order the free trial. lesson learned. the company is located in lake tahoe, nv 89449 phone # 866-471-8407 lake tahoe nevader
