Went to the Apple store to upgrade to the new Apple IPhone. After waiting for over half hour I was told they could not because I was taking the upgrade from my husband number. The guy sent me to the Verizon store just half mile down the road.

I got to the store there where 2 young ladies in the store. One young lady was dealing with a customer. The young lady I should have just waited on. The young lady who help me and I use the word help very loosely. She seem as if she didn't know anything about the phone. I'm pretty sure working for Verizon she was trained on every phone they sell.

This lady was dress as if she was going out to a night club. She had disco hair like Diana Ross. She was wearing sandals with her orange polish toes showing. She ask the other young lady to help her but the young lady was busy with another customer. She told her once she finish with get customer she will help her. She kept interrupting the young lady who was helping another customer. I just personally think that was a rude thing to other customer. She was very pushy. As if she was trying to get me out the store.

Once the young lady finally call customer service for help she was able to upgrade my phone. I purchased the phone. And found out the charge you an extra 1.50 tax. I ask the lady what is this tax for? She replied, "i dont know that what they charge".

So I went back to apple and told the young man my story. And he said I should have spoke with the manager there. He said she usually the one that help all the Apple customers and never got any complaints before. He said he knew nothing about the extra tax. I just hope no other customer go through what I went through. If you ever in the store please try to avoid Lakisha Biddle. Very rude and unprofessional. Buyers beware of this fake Verizon and their fake taxes.

Im not sure the experiance you had in this store,but Lakisha Biddle as well as Marzella are very helpful when it comes to making sure the customers are happy. I have nothing but good things to say about Lakisha, she always is patient and she is very helpful even with questions I think are stupid...my whole family loves her and I recommend that you go see her,,,Maybe you were having a bad day and your taking it out on her,but in my opinion she is the best,,,THUMBS UP to her!

Well I should have expected some sort of a responds for such a shady company. Reading all the ripoff report on this poor excuse for a company. No wonder the woman didn't know anything about what she was selling to me. It was my 1.50 not the fake Verizon's. You charge an extra 1.50 to every customer adds up. But you are correct I want my 1.50 back. And you will never have to worry about me shopping at any of your locations anymore. From what I read from other ripoff reports about this company, you need the 1.50 more than I do. So keep it. And talking with Verizon customer service, they have many complaints about you and you won't sell their products for long. So good luck with your life and use the extra 1.50 to train your employees, because the young lady who assist me is very dumb. I guess those are the employees who you can get to work for you.

So they ripped you off for a whole dollar and fifty cents. Those Bad Young Ladies! You sure went through alot, I tell ya. I feel so sorry for you. Here, I'll give you a buck & a half just so you'll stop wasting peoples time with all the nonsense you spill.
