Last evening I was browsing the itunes store, checked on a couple of songs, didn't purchase a thing. This morning my bank shows three charges all totaling $59 bucks from a company called AmazonMarketplace. I did not download or purchase anything, no receipts in my e-mail, and no purchases showing on My Amazon account. I received nothing. Called the bank they will dispute this and I will not frequent the itunes store again.

Itunes had nothing to do with the charge on your account. If they had, your billing statement would have read "Itunes" instead of "Amazon Marketplace" like you stated. So your beef is with the latter and not with Itunes.
