ripoff!  not in boulder, but in arvada, colorado.  they charged me $3.95 for a 'free' sa,ple plus shipping, then sent me the sample plus a home product kit which i did not order.  the phone call was not productive, talking with a rude person who repeatedly told me 'NO REFUNDS!'.  i was not allowed to talk to any one above her as i was at the highest level i could speak with.  they charged me $78.41 foe the package i did not order which also contained no instructions  for using, they said they had other customers to help and hung up on me.  i would be happy to join a class action suit against them.  i have mailed the product back, required by my bank which cost me an additional $15.00.

"i would be happy to join a class action suit against them."

What would this "class action" allege?

That you should be compensated for not reading this?

A class action, IF instituted would ONLY benefit the attorneys.  You and the other "class" members would get a coupon for a small fries at McDonalds or something of equal value.

Have you gotten around to cancelling yet?  If not, you'll be billed again and again and........
