Ivory White Ivory White sent me a free trial for paying shippig costs but they also sent a complete product that I was not aware of. Approx a week after I received the trial product I noticed a charge of $78.41 on my debit card that was unauthorized. I called thier customer service line and asked for a refund and was told I could pay $19 for shipping costs and send the product back. Boulder Colorado

I ordered a free trial of Ivory white tooth whitening system and gave these folks my debit card number to pay the $1 shipping fee and they ripped me off! First, they sent me a complete system when I did not ask for it. Second, they later debited my bank account for $78.41 for that unauthorized charge.

When I contacted customer service about returning the product they said I needed a RA # to be written on the side of the box and if anything was damaged I would only get $45 back. I paid my own shipping costs rather than let them bill me $19. I also filed a dispute claim with my bank for he unauthorized charge of $78.41. To make a long story short.....Ivory white now says I can't get any refund because I filed dispute charges and the bank said there is noting they can do because this is something I did.
