I had trouble with internet Explorer, so I called my Internet provider, WOW cable. They refered me to Hewlett Packard. Through their website HP offered free IE downloads and ptches with the acceptance of several free no obligation trial products. I picked IvoryWhite. What a mistake!

The Free IvoryWhite no obligation trial is a lie. After seeing the almost $5 postage & handling charges on my credit card I got the free product. (which was exactly the same day 24 hours later!)

Before I ever opened or tried the stuff I noticed my card charged over $70 for IVORYWHITE products I am not interested in. I immidiately emailed them and attempted to call them. I aso immediately contacted my credit card to have the charges removed and further charges blocked.

I like free trials and I like coupons but I hate being charged for something I didn't ask for! I hope to get a phone call or email so I can return the product immediately.
