I ordered the trial size and gave them my credit card number to take out of shipping & handling charge. I clicked on the Cancel they said they haven't my records come up. I tried to write the Customer Service. Always they said my return the complete package, not the trial pkg. before Oct. 31st they will consider refunded my money. I have NOT received the complete package and I will never receive it in time to return the back before Oct. 30. I am 74 years old and I live on little finances. It is hard for recover from this ripoff. On their website the links to FAQ, About Us, & none of others do not work. I can't cancel on their website, so I wrote the Customer Service. I got the Customer Service on another website of them.
