IvoryWhite IvoryWhite charged me $78 eight days after I canceled, then told me I never called! Boulder Internet

I signed up for SEVERAL PRODUCTS and recieved IvoryWhite on 6/9/08. I called on the 8th and asked about canceling and sending it back. They told me to call back. I then called on the 16th because they are closed on the weekend and canceled it. They told me that I could keep the tooth whitener, not to send it back. I asked were they sure and was I canceled. They said, "Yeah." I recieved a charge for $78 on the 24th and was informed that they had not heard from me since the eigth. I said that I had called after that and the woman said, "No, you didn't." My mom listened to me call nd commented how she was glad that I was taking care of it. I have turned them into my bank for fraud, and I will go to court if necessary because people can't get away with this. Do Not buy anything from these people. They do not record their phone calls and they will rip you off!
