J.K. Harris sent me a letter in the mail stating that a judgment was being file against me in court. The letter they sent me had a 1-800 number. I called and they told me that they had a office in Greenbelt Maryland that will give me free consultation, I went there and was told did I have a checking account and the person that I saw was Joe Berkeley.

First, I told him I did not have a checking account and he told me he could not help me. When I show him the judgment he looked at it and pushed it to the side, and told me he will get to it as soon as I write two checks in the amount of $195.00 and made me sign an authorization take these amount out of my account and then say he will be taking $60 a month out of my account. After I went home and read the contract, I decided to cancel it, I wrote them a letter stating this and they still took the money out of my account.

I talked to my creditor and they stated that J.K. Harris never called them even though J.K. HARRIS told me they had contacted them. My creditor stated to me, even if J.K. Harris would had contacted them they were not will to neogiate with them, because they had already had contacted my payroll office. They are now trying to give me the run around.
