J K Harris promises results, does nothing, staff is no more than bored paper pushers ripoff Charleston South Carolina

This company is a total farce. When I signed up with them, they said they would get an offer of compromise done in about a year, and that it would be about 10% of what is due on a bad day. It has been 14 months so far, and all my worker has done is file an obsolete form for me with the IRS.

They haven't even contacted the state yet. My worker, whose name is Takiya Mack, does not return phone calls or emails. At one point I was asked to fax a form to her, and a month after I did that, she asked me to fax it again. When I did that, I sent an email asking her to let me know if she got it. When she didn't, I was able to reach her on the phone for a change, and she said she hadn't checked her email. NO KIDDING?

On top of that, when I call her, her phone message says not to leave repeated phone messages. Maybe if she returned one once in a while that wouldn't be necessary. These people do nothing. I wrote customer service, and they didn't respond either.
