pleasurable,Disrespectful,None satisfying&Embarrassing Fast Food
experience I ever had in my life! I am, paying 6yr customer, I visited
Jack in the Box as usual.
My ordered consist of: 2Jr. Bacon CB,Med
Seafry 2Jr.Bacon CB Pls lettuce Pls Tomato,Pls onions,Grl Strip+
FF,Orange Juice,1 Grl Strip+FF,Sub Salad,Orange Juice,2Extreme Sausage
Pls Bacon,Potato Wedges,1Chicken Pieces,Pls Red Hot,Pls House Dressing,1Fish+LG FF Sub Large Sea&Orange Juice.My
total was 35.25,I payed with cash.I purchased my order at there
available Drive through!The time was 5:35AM.I was told after I order my
food I was asked to pull to the front of the store.I patiently waited
for my food.The Female Grave yard Shift Manger brought my food to my
truck were I asked her was my full order complete&she answered
Yes!When I got home to check my order,there were several items missing.The items that were missing consisted of A Side Salad&three Orange Juices!The items that were Deep Fry-ed didn't look fresh at to
me Either did it taste fresh at all!I called &spoke with the female
shift manager that had taken my order She was very nice to me!I
explained to the Female Shift Manager on Grave Yard situation
&I was advised to throw the food the food away, she told me that
the grease hand not been changed&that it wouldn't be int-ell later
that morning! Shift manager apologized for mix up¬ fresh
grease!She took my name and written it in customer complaint book.She
told me to come back in the afternoon&get my whole order of food
replace or refunded!I choose to come back in that afternoon which was
the same day August 19,2009,at 3:31pm.I brought my
recite&gave the information to the shift manager that was
present,I told him my name I explained the mix up& incident.He
refused to give me my money,he gave me the run around!He told me
contact corporate office &If they give him permission to give me my
money then he will,that he was afraid that he would loose his Job!Of
course I didn't want anyone to loose there Job,I just wanted my money
back,I choose not to get the order replace.I just I wanted refund so I could go some where else!My
three children were waiting just as my friend.I was patient as I as
possibility can be!I contacted the police department&I was told
that is was civil matter,not an emergency,even the operator said that
they should give me my money back!I could believe that I was being
treated so unfairly. Especially being a 6yr customer at this Jack In
The Box!I felt discriminated against in so many ways! I was being
accused of being some type of swindler ,or theft of some sort,like I
was pretending to making false report,while also getting the run
around!I spoke with the cooperate office&received the same
treatment But worse.I explained the situation several different times
to Andrew,while still waiting in the store hoping for my entitle cash
refund of my money!That is all that I wanted, especially that I
called,I spoke with the Female shift manager that had already written
my name into the customer complaint book,which I was told that I should
have no problems what so ever,I also had my Driver License the
recite,I was advised to throw the food away.I did what I was advised by
the Female Shift Manager that took my order in the first palace!I
called less than 2O minutes after leaving the restaurant!I did what A
None satisfied customer would do!I was very dissatisfied,
hurt,embarrassed&flustered about the whole ordeal!I just wanted a
cash refund!Several Other customers couldn't believe that I was being
mistreated as such!Andrew from cooperate ask me the same questions
over&over again,which was extremely aggravating for me, my
children&my friend!He made me feel as if I was being dishonest!I
told he the same story over&over again!Andrew stated that there
been someone driving around to several different Jack in The Box's
asking for the same amount dollar amount I was requesting in my cash
refund!I couldn't believe that he would ask me if I had being driving
around to different Jack in The Box's.I told Andrew at Cooperate of
course not!I could believe that he would assume that I was some type of
theft or swindler!I was being discriminated against!I told Andrew
that the manager Kevin Do at the Jack in The Box was afraid to give me
such a large dollar amount back,that he could get fired,so If Cooperate
gave him permission to give me a cash refund for the dollar amount of
my incorrect&unrefreshed order manager Kevin Do would do so!Andrew
form cooperate filled my complaint&wanted to do an investigation
that he would call me Asap,which I was totally fine with know that I
was being honest&straight forward.Me,my three children&friend
all were starving through this whole ordeal&complete run around!I
believe that because I am African American woman,that I was totally
being discriminated against.Because I was black woman,I had to be
dishonest,lie,or deceitful,which was was very hurtful&embarrassing
to me,my children&friend!I told Kevin Do the manager at Jack in the
Box that he was the manager that he has the power to give me money
back,why would he continue to have me&my children&friend
wait&he no intentions on giving me my money back what so ever!The
reason Why he didn't give me a cash amount back wasn't because he
afraid he would loose his job,he thought that I was being
dishonest!After I said you are here satisfy the customer,that you are
willing to loose 30 or more customer,me file civil suite,call channel
thirteen news,all over 35.25?I couldn't believe that I was having this
horriable experience!Andrew finally called me back&told me that
field manager wasn't available that he was in a meeting,I asked him
well isn't Kevin able to make the decision?Andrew said yes,then I asked
Kevin well since I called, I have my recite,I already spoke with a
female shift manager I am in the customer complaint book,I have my
Driver License,Why can't I receive my money back please!He said he
didn't fill comfortable giving me my money,I asked what do you think I
am dishonest person? Kevin said I don't know&shrugged his shoulders
I can't give you your money back!Why would I be wasting my time,if I
were trying to being dishonest?There are cameras every where I have my
three small children&my friend!I am not a thief!I am paying
dissatisfied customer that wanted a cash refund so I could purchase
me,my three children food else where!Andrew said I can't make him give
you you your money back,I was extremely upset by now!I felt so
disrespected&cheated!I told him paying customer shouldn't be
treated like that!There customer service skills were way very
displeasing,discriminating&rude! He said he would send me money
back through the mail,I didn't send my payment through the mail!I payed
today I wanted my refund to since my order was totally messed up!Then
Andrew let me speak to Marry his supervisor!Which I was fine with that
I was just wanted to get the situation fixed so I can leave!I asked
Andrew for his last name&he wouldn't give it to me!Very
unprofessional in every aspect of the word!Mary from Cooperate got onto
the phone I didn't make progress with her,the same run around,I am
explained to her over,over again.The same as I told the other managers
time was wasting,my mother had stroke last year&she was waiting
for me to get home to be with her.Marry offered me a refund in the
forum of a check.I told her no I just want my money back that could
possibly take weeks,my family was hungry now!My family&friend
didn't want to eat there at all after the mix up with the
food&especially not after being discriminated by Kevin
Do&Andrew from Cooperate Office.Marry called the police on all
because I wanted my money back.I was upset obviously,I
had been discriminated against,mistreated,embarrassed,given the run
around!Anyone in my position would have been rightfully upset&felt
totally disrespected!I wanted the police to come out so they can
help me get my rightful cash refund!I wasn't not in the wrong!Marry
told me to leave the Jack in The Box,which I was fine,I asked for
everyone's full name which,so I can fill civil report!There full names
weren't giving to me,Marry said they have right!The Mary has nerve to
turn around ask me for my Name& full address,which didn't make any
sense,Why would want you have my personal information were I live If I
can't even have your full name?So I know what I need to for my civil suite!This fast food experience was the worst I ever had!No customer should ever have to experience such discrimination,disrespect,unfairness&unsatisfactory customer service!

I love these long coment strings. Everybody abusing the person who filed the complaint. Boy I hope I don't live next to any of you. I try to make my life a mean person free zone.

DQ as in Drama Queen.
I always like how people use the EXACT time, like it matters if it was 3:30 or 3:31pm. Usually when this level of detail is given on items that are not that important, it is to make their story appear more credible, which yours is not.
If your family was really starving, and apparently you needed this money to buy other food why did it take you almost 10 hours to return?
Some advise, when you do file your Civil Suit please take some time to actually proof read what you write. Because it is amazing how you throw around words like discrimination and disrespect, which no where in this report shows that. Yet can't spell simple words such as receipt or suit. Also be aware of double negatives. You stated "I wasn't not in the wrong", so this says that you were wrong.

Learn to spell. Your rant is just that much more ridiculous due to the poor grammar and spelling. It makes you look ignorant.
Is English your first language? If it is, you need to have some pride in yourself and go back to school. This time, pay attention. It's obvious you didn't the first time.
Also-you called the police? Methinks you are way over-entitled.

You should have verified your order before leaving the parking lot. That would have saved you a lot of problems. As far as the "fresh grease" issue, since this is not a fine dinning establishment, I think you take your chances when you go to these places. If you want "fine dinning" then go to Denny's or Perkins for breakfast. It almost sounds that you would have been better off and the price may have been just as comparable. Good luck and take care.

So you wanted to feed them crap from a fast food place. Are there not any grocery stores in Las Vegas? If your family is starving over the loss of $35 then I suggest you shop at a supermarket and cook the food in your own kitchen. You will save money.

You could make out this unintelligable rant! My concern is that you can rant and rave about Jack but you cannot put together and intelligent sentence, use paragraphs and you have children???? No discrimination here just lack of common sense -
