Jacquie Lawson Defrauded by Jacquie Lawson Internet
I signed up for a Jacquie Lawson card membership in 2010. Beginning in May of 2014 I could not access my membership account. I was told that they had no record of my membership. After numerous emails sent to the Help/Support desk, the last one sent June 3, 2014, I have given up getting a response. I have entered all of the pertinent information requested to create a new password numerous times only to find that it doesn't work. I have never changed my email address nor my password since becoming a member so I'm really not sure what is going on. What I am sure of is that I renewed my membership in December 2013 and received a confirmation email dated December 20, 2014. I feel that I have been defrauded.
