All this gets you is a file called Runescape.msi, which I cannot install on my thumb drive. All I get then is "Improper file configuration... Re-install."

I have a FireFox browser. I have the latest Java. That's all I should need, and there is no explanation or help to be had, not even to tell me how long this current state of affairs will last. Should I just stop paying members' fees and quit now? Is this temporary or permanent?

All I get on the useless game forums is "Huh? I don't have that problem, so you must be clueless or insane!"
