James " Jim " Pusateri Beware of possible scam, i was a victim. Nationwide

 Was looking for "gap funding" and was introduced to "Jim". I was duped into depositing 5k cash into his personal checking account for "brokering fee". I was assured that if I didn't receive funding that my funds would be returned. After a failed transaction I received a notarized letter stating I would receive my funds. My funds were not returned and I have had to file a civil lawsuit. He works thru numerous lead guys, working thru Craigslist. Might do legit business but I was victim to a ripoff.
