I have a 2004 ford focus that is worth 3,000 dollers I'm paying 11,000$ for it from jdbyrider they gave me threechoices of car this was ?the best of them three and after complettly paying ?the car of its going to be over 15,000$ for bit its not worth that and I need a bigger vehicle it a manualit has 17,000 miles it been worked on 6 time sence I've had it I'm so far in upside down credit now its not even funny.

You shot yourself in the foot by accepting the deal (you signed the contract) and your credit was probably in the toilet due to past failure to live up to your financial obligations.
Otherwise you wouldn't be paying double digit interest and having to deal with a sub-prime (deadbeat) company such as JD Byryder.
YOU Ripped YOU off.

This was all within your control. Next time someone offers to sell you a $3K vehicle for $11K, simply say "No, thanks" and walk out. They can only charge you that much if you agree to pay that much.
