Mechanic at JD Byrider, General manager, and corporate Refuse to fix the car Mishawaka Indiana

 Bought a car back in November took it in approximately two weeks after purchasing it. Something is wrong in front end, metal rattling and all. The mechanic does a front end alignment and I pay the $26.50 plus pay for rode back and forth to work and to drop and pick up the car. Did not fox the problem make another appointment leave my car all day pay people money I don't have for rides and he fixed a belt. Now if there's a problem with the front end the car should be in the air not in the hood. Unnecessary repairs and costly for me. Did not fix problem take it in they don't know everything looks fine. Made another appointment he heard the metal rattle yet stated it was a piece of plastic flapping. Did not fix the problem. Called corporate filed formal complaint supposed to receive call in like 7-10 business days and did not receive anything. Called back yesterday they escalated complaint whatever that man and said they'd call in 3 business days. Today at work got a call from the mechanic that's been working on it asking me when I can being it BACK in again. Doing the same thing repeatedly expecting a different result. So once again find rides pay for rides go all day without my car and to just be played again. Why you would do people so crazy is beyond me. I think I need to involve a lawyer fast.
