I Traded My Suburbian To JD Byrider For A Caravan. They Were Supposed To Give Me $1500 For It,But They Told Me I Still Had To Pay The Deferred Down Payments. I Didn't Understand,Because Deferred Means Post Poned. So I Had Made Four Payments. I Didn't Think I Had To Pay Till August. I Thought It Was $170 A Month,Not Bi Weekly. The Prices On The Paper Work Don't Add Up And The Paperwork Isn't Notorized Either. I Had Lost Some Of My Hours Where I Was Working Through Mancan And Dan Keitley Refused To Re Do The Paper Work And Work With Me. I Can Afford $170 To $200 A Month,Because I Live With My Girlfriend Who's On S.S.I.

This Is Amanda Miranda,John's Girlfriend. The $1500 John Was Supposed To Be Given For His Suburbian Was Not Applied Toward The Down Payment,None Of It Was. $500 Of It Was Applied On The Payments,But What Happened To The $1000? It Didn't Get Subtracted? We Already Showed The Papers To An Attorney And He Said They Look Shady. I'm On SSI aND i Can Afford To Pay $200 A Month Till John Finds Another Job Or Gets His Unemployment Back. A Brand New Caravan Costs $20,000. Most Places Charge 18% Interest Or Lower. John's Credit Score Was 614.

What did the contract which YOU agreed to say? Did you even bother to read it BEFORE you signed it? The contract would have showed you how the trade in is applied but you didn't even bother to read it, did you because you admitted here you don't even know how often the payments were due! Absolutely incredible! But it's all their fault, isn't it?
