I sent J.D. Marvel Products Inc. a check for on March 12, 2003 for two hearing aids.

Their advertisement said it would take between 2 to 5 weeks for delivery. They cashed the check less than a week after I mailed it out.

It is now over 7 weeks since they have cashed my check and I have not received my products.

I want the products that I paid for or I want my money back.
