J.D Marvel Products ripoff Company took the money from my debit account and I never received the clock. Champlain New York

On 5/18/03 I ordered the German style Cuckoo clock. The company took the money from my debit account and I never received the clock. I left e-mil and they told me it would be another couple of weeks but I stil have not received the clock as of 6/19/03.
