J.D. Marvel Products ripoff waste of time order sent 11/28/02 check cashed 12/6/02 arrived today May 21, 2003 Champlain New York

Purchased three pairs of suede moccasins and a pair of fleece lined slippers from J.D. Marvel Products. The order was sent in on 11/28/02 and the check was cashed on 12/6/02. This was meant to be a Christmas gift and did not arrive until today, Wednesday, May 21, 2003.

There was no invoice in the box, no packing slip, and no return information given, only a new J.D. Marvel catalog. There is no phone number, fax number or web address listed in the new catalog for contacting customer service at this company! I want to return these products and I want my money back! This company is a RIPOFF!
