I ordered 2 cuckoo clocks on March 6, 2003. My confirmation number is 1071xxx26. I ordered these online through their website J.D. Marvel.com. 29.95 was deduted from my credit card for this order. After three weeks of waiting i called the number given on the website and let me tell you nobody ever answers the phone.....

A recording tells you that all lines are busy and a representative will be with you shortly and you wait and wait. I have called this number numerous times to no avail. I also wrote numerous e-mails to their customer service department on their website.... Something has to be done about this because their are alot of people out of money with NO product. Hope you can help me.
