J.D. MARVEL PRODUCTS INC. Ripoff! Cashed my check and never answered email, phone calls, or letters, and never delivered product ordered. CHAMPLAIN, NEW YORK

Ordered D.W. Winter Boots, Black, Size 81/2/, Women's. Received a bank statement which indicated that J. D. Marvel Products, Inc. had cashed my check # 1732 pm December 23, 2002 in the amount of $17.90.

On January 29, 2003 I sent a handwritten note requesting the merchandise I had paid for with check # 1732. I got no response to this current date. I tried to telephone. The line was continually busy or there was no answer.

On March 10, 2003 someone at J.D. Marvel signed for my second letter requesting the boots and indicating that I had waited long enough and was sending copies of the letter to the Atlantic City Press and local (Champlain, NY) better busines bureau. Evidently there is no Better Business Bureau there.

Consequently I contacted Attorney General Eliot Spitzer, State of New York, Office of the Attorney General with my complaint. The Office responded and a form to describe my complaint.
As yet, 4/27/2003, I have received no satisfaction from J.D. Marvel
