J.D.Marvel Products Deceptive Advertising Accepting Payment No merchandise Champlain New York

I have read some of the existing reports about this company.
Here is more of the same: An ad in a local coupon advertser, a really good product idea, cashed the check, never heard another word.

We are victims of our own making. I should have realized that the only reference to the company name: "J. D. Marvel Products, Inc." was on the COUPON to be mailed in . . . thereby ALMOST assuring anonymity for them. My check record, a web search and your site led me "Rip-off Report". I discovered that I was not alone.

That finally brings me to the question: Is there a way we victims could pool our resources and take advantage of your expertise ( it hardly seems feasible to invest $125 to recover $13.90! ) but if 25 of us put up $5? Or 125 could spare $1? A sort of quasi-legal Class Action.
