AFTER SEEING AN ADVERTISEMENT IN A REPUTABLE MAGAZINE I SENT A CHECK TO J.D.MARVEL PRODUCTS, INC. FOR A HEARING AID THE VERY FIRST OF OCTOBER. MY CHECK WAS CASHED ABOUT 2 WEEKS LATER.
AFTER A FEW MORE WEEKS I TRIED CALLING NUMBEROUS TIMES & THE LINE WAS ALWAYS BUSY. I THEN EMAILED BUT RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. I FINALLY RECEIVED A CARD IN THE MAIL SAYING MY MERCHANDISE WAS SHIPPED IN DECEMBER, AND THEN A SECOND CARD SAYING IT WAS SHIPPED IN JANUARY. IT IS OVER 3 MONTHS LATER & I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING.
THIS COMPANY IS DEFINITELY A SCAM OPERATION & SHOULD NOT BE DOING BUSINESS. I AM REPORTING THEM TO EVERY AGENCY POSSIBLE TO STOP THIS ILLEGAL COMMERCE & PLAN TO FILE FRAUD CHARGES
