ON SEPTEMBER 4,2010 I PURCHASE A 2002 DODGE INTREPID SE BURGUNDY VIN NUMBER 2B3HD46R02413 FROM JEAN PIERRE HE STATED TO ME THAT THERE WERE MINOR THINGS WRONG WITH THE CAR THAT HE WOULD FIX IT BY SEPTEMBER 7,2010 IF THESE THINGS WERE NOT FIX ON THAT DAY WE WOULD RECEIVE A FULL REFUND HE ALSO GAVE US A LONER UNTIL HE FIXED THE CAR WE PAYED HIM $2,170 FOR THE CAR WE CAME TUESDAY THE CAR WAS STILL NOT FIX WE CAME BACK ON SEPTEMBER 8,2010 IT STILL WAS NOT DONE SO WE CALLED HIM THE NEXT DAY HE SAID HE WOULD FIX IT AND ASK US TO CALL BEFORE WE JUST POP UP OVER THERE AT THAT TIME WE ASK HIM TO GIVE US A REFUND BUT HE NEVER DID SEPTEMBER 8,2010 HE ALSO POSTED THE CAR THAT WE PAYED FOR ON CRAIGSLIST FOR $2495 MORE THAN WHAT WE PAYED FOR IT AND ON SEPTEMBER 16,2010 HE RE-POSTED IT ON CRAIGSLIST FOR $1595 AND ON SEPTEMBER 21,2010 HE RE-POSTED IT AGAIN $1395 FOR EVEN LOWER THAN WHAT WE PURCHASE IT FOR AND THAT IS FRAUD.WE PAYED HIM IN CASH WE CONTACTED FLORIDA HIGHWAY SAFETY AND MOTOR VEHICLES AND SPOKE TO A CARLA NAPOLITANO WHO IS A INVESTIGATOR ON SEPTEMBER 21, 2010 AT 2:45 PM AND SHE STATED TO ME THAT HE WAS HAVING MONEY PROBLEMS AND SHE WAS FRIENDS WITH HIM THAT SHE HAS KNOW HIM FOR THREE YEARS SHE HAD TALK TO HIM AND SHE WAS GOING TO TALK TO HIM TODAY AND GIVE ME CALL TO LET ME NO WHAT WAS GOING ON (((email redacted)))
