J.K. Harris they took my money to represent me with irs tax issues, then left me cold Charleston South Carolina

I contracted with JK Harris for the sum of $5150.00(cash up front) to represent me with IRS issues.I was immediately bounced around, by them, from office to office, and was told that it was their protocal while they were improving their national base.
Time passed, Promises passed, an array of new agents,contacts,offices, and phone #'s, all passed. To no avail. Then one day out of the blue I got a letter from them stating that "Per my request" they were not representing me any longer. WHAT?!! No such occurance from my end. So now back to the misplaced phone calls and dead end letter writing.

I decided to try a new approach, since I wasn't getting anywhere through the same old channels and back doors, I went through the front lines.I tried to get an appointment as a new client, which was almost successful, until my name came up in their client roster. I was then given a new contact phone number.
This new contact was the law firm of Mottley Rice 1800 768-4026. Apparently there was a class action suite against JK Harris for clients prior to 2005. NOW, I'm being told that, since, I never confirmed nor denounced my contract with JK Harris to them (Mottley Rice) by January of 2008 that I'm not entitled to any class settlements. CASE CLOSED.

Now they won't talk to me.

I never heard of this, am out $5k +, and I still need help w/ IRS. after all this time.
