Johann Wolfgang Monterrosa aka Monterro Johann, born on August xx, 19xx and his dad (Mario E. Monterrosa) resides in Los Angeles, CA are NOT to be trusted! He has scammed me and many others using the following businesses:

1. BOOZCA, LLC

2. J.Mo Investments

3. Real Estate Home Flipping

4. Spottcy, LLC

He'll say whatever you want to hear to get you to invest with him. Don't let his charm and LIES SCAM you out of your money as he did with me.

Back in 2010, I was a recently divorced single mom to a 3 yr. old toddler when I had the most unfortunate luck to find Johann Monterrosa on Craigslist looking for a business partner. This THUG had no money, BAD Credit and uses a P.O. Box...I failed to see all the RED FLAGS. I was at a vulnerable state of my life and this THUG took advantage of my situation and took me for all I had.

Soon after Johann and his dad stole my life savings, the financial burden and stress had took a toll on my health, leaving me paralyzed and disabled me for the rest of my life. After over 4 years of begging, pleading, threats and attorney letters to return my money, he finally started to make payments...not because of the state of health he left me in but, because I was in contact with his other VICTIMS that he did not want me to meet up and exchange information with them.

Johann has cancelled his email account and disconnected his numbers several times. Recently, he shut down BOOZCA, LLC without notifying me (business partner/investor) which is a CRIME known as FRAUD.

I will dedicate my life to do whatever it takes to warn the public about Johann W. Monterrosa and his dad, Mario E. Monterrosa. BEWARE and STAY CLEAR of these LOW LIFE CRIMINALS who have no ethics, morales or conscious!

I spoke with an Attorney base in Los Angeles and he advised me to take the first step by contacting the ATTORNEY GENERAL who deals with people committing FRAUD and SCAMS. Then I will file a lawsuit and have Johann W. Monterrosa and Mario E. Monterrosa served. Justice will be served In hopes nobody else will fall victim to their SCAMS!
