I was served by a process server yesterday, Thursday April 12 2012. On the Summons-Personal Service On An Individual it says i have 20 days to respond or my case will be lost by default. I have no problem responding to the plaintiff in 20 days. The case number is 2012-CA-005204-O In the honorable judge Mihok office in the Circuit Court Ninth Judicial Circuit In And For Orange County Florida. John efloortrade Moore has been doing this kind of business for so long its like breathing to him.

Hes demanding a pound of my flesh and about everything else he can get his hands on or convince the court he deserves. He claims that i have caused him more emotional distress than any human being deserves to suffer. I wish i could put him him in my shoes for a day.  Hell  find out what emotional stress really is. He has managed to shut down and censor uplog.org news servers in Florida. Florida is nothing compared with the rest of the world.

What he did to me is known worldwide in 10 different languages from Calcutta to Chicago. Only in the United States of America can a rich scoundrel exploit, steal and plunder and make the person who reported him to the public, the bad guy. I have done nothing but tell a true story of what John efloortrade Moore did to me. If in the process i have given my opinions, or speculated about John Moores lack of ethics, i did. Ive also said he displays the same traits as a psychopath. If you look up the traits of those medical maladies, John and Chris Moore of efloortrade fit the pattern.

I have absolutely no malice towards them. The truth is not malice. I want them to get help. I will not back down from a fight done for all the right reasons. They picked a fight by  mistreating/mismanaging and by mistakenly thinking they could get away with what they did. Or maybe they thought I would just quietly go away, like others have.
