Joiphone By far, absolutely the worst Telephone experience you will ever have Delray Beach Florida

This customer called JoiPhone call center and never was willing to troubleshoot his issues, he only made threats and insulted the customer service agents. The agents are there to provide service to JoiPhone customers, not take abuse from a cusotmers. We understand that the cusotmer had personal sorrow and grief at the time, but our agents are there to make his life better, not take his abuse.

JoiPhone did return the cusotmer money with in 4 weeks of canacaltion.

The BBB in Delray Beach is not setup to handle large online retailers, it is a small office. JoiPhone tried on many occasions to have open line communications with the locale BBB office, but the manger never returned call or emails. The amount of complaints that give categories to a store front should be different then the complaint of a large online retailer.
