I purchased a class ring for my grandson and paid the extra cost for the warranty. After a year and having to move he has lost the ring. When we called to replace the ring the company said that it would be $67.95 plus tax and shipping to replace the ring. We did not see any of this information when ordering this ring on line and even talked to someone on the phone, when we asked about the warranty we were never given this information by anyone on the phone or through the ordering process. Please if you want a school ring for your kids and really want to make sure that the warranty that comes with it is good, do not do what we did, or just forget the warranty all together it is only money in Jostens pockets.

This protection plan is included in the purchase of most Jostens High School class rings, High School sports rings, class jewelry (excludes key chains or jewelry accessory items purchased from the Graduation Products catalog), Homeschool, Pilot Rings and College & Alumni rings. There is a replacement charge (plus shipping & handling) for the ring loss noted on the Ring Protection Plan (Lost Ring) Claim Form (See Ring Loss Claim Process link below).
Guess this must not be on your copy of the warranty.
