Jostens Theives Owatonna Minnesota

I recently received a order packet from Josten's for my child's upcoming gradutaion. I wanted to order for my son and a girl that was living with us at the time however I wanted to order on line so that it would come to my house and if the girls parents did not give me the money I could use the cap and gown the following year for my daughter.

when I went on the web site I created my account in my name, my address, my email and my password. I selected the items we wanted from the site and I paid with my credit card. So does this not sound like this account belonged to me?

Jostens created the account in the girls name that was living with me, shipped it to the school allowed her to pick up MY ENTIRE order(including my sons stuff). I contacted Jostens who in turn had the agent Travis from Helena MT call me who was a complete Jerk. He told me that this was an issue between me and the girl. I think he is missing the fact that he has taken my purchase and has given it to someone it did not belong to being the account and credit card used were in my name. That is theft.

He refuses to work with me to correct the issue.
