Joven Skin Care beware of Joven trial offer. If you cancel they will try to hit you with cancel fees and shipping charges Internet only Internet

Beware of Joven Skin Care "Trial offer".  They advertise $4.95 for shipping of a free product trial. The fine print is if you don't contact them within 18 days of your order they will begin billing you each month for $89.95 for their product they will ship to you.  I canceled within the 18 days due to the product not having the ingredients I wanted in it. (they won't tell you up front what is in it). I was informed that I had to pay another $4.95 for cancelling and then I had to ship back the product at my expense.  

This is NOT listed in their terms and conditions for the trial offer.  It says you have to pay for return shipping for regular product purchases. There is nothing in the trial offer terms and conditions about paying a $4.95 cancellation fee.  The customer service rep, after haggling with me for 5 mins, agreed to charge me $1.95 to cancel and said I didn't need to ship the product back. I only paid the $1.95 to not waste more time on this.  You can get better product elsewhere and BEWARE the "free" trial idea, it jus ain't so!
