CHASE IS A CROOKED BANK. -PAYMENTS COMING OUT TWICE

I have had nothing but issues with this bank, and they finally crossed the line. I am trying to reach out to see if anyone else has had a similar experience as me. I have heard of other complaints about their unlimited over-draft fees, and what really is disturbing is after my mother learned about my situation, she heard on the news that "Banks" are paying programmers to make programs that will make smaller transactions come out after bigger ones in order to create more NSF Fees. I know it's happened to me. My little balances will just be in limbo, and then I get some big charge I am not expecting because of a screw up I thought was already handled, and even though I put more money in my Bank account before the NSFs hit, and even though when I called I had a positive balance, I was still hit with NSFs fees the next day. The worse thing abuot it is that earlier in that month when I was paying bills, two bill places took two payments out of my account. My T-Mobil bill was $106.15. Well, before I called the electric company automated system, I made sure I had the proper funds to make the payment. Going thought my transactions, there were three pending transactions from T-Mobile. Two debits: -$106.15 and -$106.15 and one credit +$106.15. I thought that was totally weird. I just happen to find out about by going through my transactions sometime after making the payment. Well, at that point I thought that was very odd. But since the credit was there, I didn't call to complain about it. So I decide to pay my Reliant bill for $127.85.

To tell you the truth, I can't remember the exact order everything was handled after I made my electric payment to Reliant. But I called to make sure my account balance was where it should be. Well, my credit for the duplicate T-Mobile account just disappeared. It was just as weird as how two payments for the same bill came out back to back, and how just as fast a credit was given. Well, I transfer to customer service to take care of it ASAP. I am told that one payment was still pending, and to see if it goes through or not. I was also told to call T-Mobile and make sure that they only recieved one payment, and if so get a code from them that verified that they only recieved one payment before calling back to have Chase take care of it.

I was on the phone for an hour, trying to explain about two payments coming out of my account. I kept getting told that I did make two payments. One at the like on July 1st and one at the very end of June. Somehow she was saying the wrong payment, and I was confusted, and she was blaming me for the two payments, and I wouldn't let it go because I knew I only made one call, and one payment. She was giving me two different payments, so I was confused by the dates of my payment histroy. Well, finally I had her really break it down, and I think she realized she made a mistake with the dates. end of one month, or I misheard her wrong. But her toned changed, and it was confirmed that she wasn't showing two payments made back to back on the same day that Chase had on their system. The only payments she showed was a payment for June 4th for $102.29 and the $106.15 that came out of my account twice. I told her that I was told by Chase to get some sort of code to verify that T-Mobile did not recieve two payments. She gave me a code, and assured me that they only recieved one payment from me.

So, I get back on the phone with chase, and listen to my account information again before transferring. I was in the negative, and it wasn't because of the T-mobile doubt payment. Reliant also took out two payments. There was one payment for -$127.85 and another payment for -$127.85 made. I could not believe it. Oh wait, yes I can. I am freaking out, but try to resolve the T-Mobile situation first, and just mentioned Reliant. I explained to the lady that came on the line what happened, and that I was told to give a code, T-Mobile only recieved one payment. She didn't know anything about a code. Which the code thing was new to me too, but the previous bank lady I spoke with new about it, and the T-Mobile lady gave me one, so I just explained it again. The lady was nice, and said maybe someone knew something she didn't, so she put me on hold. She told me she was going to take care of it, but if T-Mobile gave me a credit, they were going to take back their credit.
So, that was resolved. We talked about the Reliant double charge for $127.85. She told me the same thing I've heard before, it's still pending. Wait until it goes through, or call Reliant to see how many payments they got. Well, I tried to wait, and I couldn't. I called Reliant, and it only showed one payment made to my account for $127.85. So I inform Chase so it could be taken care of. They said they would credit the extra fee back. I was never told that if Reliant gave me credit the bank would take their credit back. I was told that about T-Mobile. My account was messed up for a few days, I just was riding it out. Confused about everything. I didn't know I was charged an NSF fee. I never heard it in the transaction list on the phone. I know that it seemed that they took a T-Mobie creidt back. But I was so confused, I assumed everything was squared away. I was back to using my account again, and it was the end of the month, and this charge comes out, that puts be behind. I called about it, and was informed it about a credit reversal. I didn't understand why I wouldn't have expected that. But when they have a system that changes your account information constantly, it's hard to know whats really going on. And I kept trying to log into my account so I could see what was really going on, and couldn't. I called customer service, and I was told since my account had been on fruad alert at one point I would never be able to log into my account. I was told that they should have closed that account and opened me up a new one. I told him that I was told they couldn't do that because of ADT came out of my account monthly. I got emails that acted as if my online account was okay, but I could never sigh on. I had been told my online account was able to be accessed, but I never was able to, and gave up after a while. But after the crazy things happening to my account I had to view my statements. No luck there. After months one person told me that my account should have been closed, and I am finally told that I will not be able to get into my account ever. I added money to set my account straight, but it just ended up being a downward spiril. I went into the bank the next day to have it delt with. I was told I'd have to talk to the manager. The lady took my number so he could call me the next day. I have her print out my statements. And I see that a credit reversal for $127.85 was taken out on June 22nd because Reliant gave me a credit on June 5th which I totally missed somehow, along with an NSF free over $100 I had no clue about, which is probably what made me think that everything was balanced out at the begining of the month, not expecting any thing to hit me towards the end of the month. The manager never calles, and when I call I am told he's going to be out all week. I kept losing money in my account, so there was no way I was going to put more money in that I would lose until I talked to someone that could help me. I go back to the bank after a week, and still no manager. The person that helped me isn't understanding what I am showing her on my statements, but after a while she doesn't think it's my fault, but she said I need to call Reliant to take care of my account. I just felt relieved that someone wasn't blaming me. I don't spend what I don't have, I always kept up with my account over the phone, but the problems I had messed me up, and the automated system kept changing my transaction history around, it seemed like I was never getting the same information twice.

I finally call Reliant after a few days. I had to take a break to try to figure out what was going on. And for some reason I think it's Chase, and not the electric company...

It was odd that two different companies on the same day each took out two payments for the same amount, for the same bill.

What's even more odd is how did two transactions of $106.15 come out of my account when I only made one payment, but right away there is a creidt applied to mt account. And how does that credit just disappear after a few hours. I also think someone they duplicate payments that were back to back when I first called, somehow became seperated.

Then Reliant does the same thing and takes out the same payments twice.

It's also weird that both companies only have records of one payment coming out.

Because there was no record Reliant taking out two payments, I never expected them to give me a credit.

They gave me a credit, which made the bank take theirs back, so I decided to call to get information about thee credit they gave me... and if they show two payments from me.

He couldn't find where they took out the same payment twice. So I asked him then why did you guys give me a credit. He finanally sees that there was a mistake, and he verifies that they correcrted the mistake and gave me the credit. He was reading a note.

The duplicate payment was not showing up in the system. So I asked him if it's possible that Chase called, so Reliant decided to give me the credit.

They had to of called, which is why I wasn't aware of Reliant giving me a credit, because the bank tried to handle it even when there was no record of Reliant recieving more than one payment.

I told him I just wanted to figure out whos fault it is, and why it's hard to believe Chase.

It's hard for me to believe Chase didn't mess up. I explained how the same thing happened to my T-Mobile account on the same day, two payments being made, which a credit automatically attached that just disappeared later that day.

He told me that he thinks that day a lot of people had the same problem with Reliant that I had. But I told him it needs to be investigated, because where I live, Chase is everywhere. Reliant is major in Texas, so it's possible that other people where using a Chase bank card.

I don't know what happened. I am going to send Reliant my account information like the guy told me to, but not without pressing that they investigate what happened that day... maybe like find out if the people that were billed twice were using Chase cards.

Too many odd things were going on that doesn't make since to me. So I guess we will see. But I wouldn't be surprised if Chase was scamming other businesses just because of all the corrupted ways they do business.

It's hard to get a hold of anyone that can help you, and they want to hold people respocible for fees because of a mistake that someone else made. I never have had such a hard time. I do know, I don't care if I lose. I am not paying for someone elses mistakes, and if I can take it to small claims court, I will just to be heard. So if anyone knows if that's possible! Let me know...

SWEET SMELLIN' LIMBURGER CHEESE, BATMAN! If everyone 'Googled' this- JP MORGAN CHASE COMPLAINTS SECRET LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES, and...

AUTHOR: Karl - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 05, 2009

made copies of that article, and then went into JP Morgan Chase branches all over the USA and handed them out to ALL of the EMPLOYEES working there, it might get a lot of employees wondering if they were also targeted by their employer, right?

Batman: Quite the student you are, boy-wonder. You are correct in your assumption.

Robin: What if Americans are doing this right now? Wouldn't that be GREAT?!

Batman: I believe that Americans are smart enough to know that sending copies of that article to the CEO, or other executives would be futile. Distributing copies of that article to the many EMPLOYEES is the correct way to proceed.

Robin: HOLY SWISS CHEESE, Batman, I'll bet Americans are doing it right now!

Batman: We must have Alfred continue 'Googling', and making copies of that article on the Bat-computer.

Robin: You're right, Batman! The Bat-computer is faster than any other computer because it's equipped with titanium sprockets, and plutonium widgets, huh?

Batman: Yes, boy-wonder.

Robin: Should we head to the Bat-cave, and then to the Batmobile?

Robin: Yes.

Robin: Okey-dokey, Batnan!!! I'll get some good CD's to listen to while you do the driving!

Batman: Excellent idea, Robin. Bring along some Madonna, Peter Gabriel, Sting, & some Dylan.

End.

I never had problems with them when it was WAMU.

it is your own fault

AUTHOR: Nancy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 04, 2009

Why don't you keep a check register? That is the ONLY accurate balance. NEVER to call to find out your balance. It is probably not that accurate. Since you obviously don't know how to handle a checking account, why not try CASH?

It's about 'SECRET LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES' that the Publicly Held banks who received TAXPAYER'S money (TARP) were taking out on their current & former employees, without their knowledge & collecting the benefits when these people DIED!
