Jpay acts as a middleman for inmates and their families and are supposed to provide a variety of services. BUT, when they fail to provide the services, they do not want to provide refunds. On their web page, they specifically say that they do provide refunds but when you talk to the supervisors, you are told that they do not refund any money. In this country, a company CANNOT simply keep your money when you do not receive the goods or services that you purchased. I see this company at the receiving end of many law suits in the future. Their company not only taking advantage of people at their most vulnerable stages, they are also profiting greatly off of that situation. SHAME on Jpay. I hope the Feds or somebody shuts this place down for illegal operations.

Sent money on your site realized the next day it went to the wrong account. I was told by Maria I could get a refund. But supervisor , Stephanie, said I could not get a refund. Your website clearly states that you give refunds so not sure what the problem could be. My brother refused thee money so its just sitting in an account. This is a scam and I am not the only one who has ordered a service through your company, did notreceive the service or found out it was there wrong service and did not get a refund. Your company is doing something illegal, not me. I have filed a complaint with th BBB. Again, WATCH OUT CONSUMERS!
