Jupiter Jack RIP OFF!!! CHARGED $40 FOR THIS THING I NEVER ORDERED! HAVE TO DISPUTE CHARGES WITH BANK. CALLED COMPANY THEY WOULDN'T LISTEN, SAID IT WAS TO LATE AND WE WOULD BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $20. RIP OFF! Fairfield, New Jersey

I never ordered this product and they charged me $40.  I called the company to tell them I never ordered the thing and they tell me it is to late it's on it's way to me.  I tell them I will send it back to them and they tell me I will be charged an additional $20 when I receive the product in the mail.  I tried to explain I never order the piece of junk in the first place but the so called customer service rep kept trying to over talk me and then had the nerve to thank me for the business.  I have to dispute the charges with the bank to get my money back and to keep them from charging me more money.  Who are these people and how do they get away with this?  I bet if I took money out of their account without there authorization they would be just as upset as me.  There has to be some way to stop these companies from scamming people and stealing their money.
