Jupiter Jack Telebrands JUNK! JUNK! Excessive Shipping, Illegal Charges - DOES NOT WORK!!! Serious RIPOFF!!! Van Nuys, California

Attempted to order ONE of these after being suckered into it on TV. Thought I was buying ONE and getting ONE free one - but no, I actually ordered TWO and ended up with 2 "free" ones, which were not "free" at all b/c of the $7.00 shipping I was charged on EVERY STINKING ONE! Despite the fact that after I received them, found out that the one I opened was junk and didn't work AT All as advertised, and boxed them up to send back, I paid $8.00 in shipping to return all of them to Van Nuys, CA. OH, I forgot to mention that after my terrible ordering experience, I called the company and tried to confirm the order - they had NO record of it, and therefore COULD NOT/WOULD NOT cancel it. Several days later, the box arrived, for which I paid $28 in shipping!!!

Further, they charged my card two times - why, I have no idea - somehow they think I signed up for a 2 payment credit card plan, but I never did. This company is a total ripoff - they sell junk, they charge excessively for shipping (which must be how they are making money, since they get you coming and going) and they illegally charge your credit card. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM A TV AD AGAIN!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES! JUNK JUNK JUNK!!!! Stupid Me.
