JUST BRAKES JUST BRAKES TAKES ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN RIPOFF Fort Worth Texas

A few months ago I took my 2003 Toyota Sequoia with 45,000 miles on it into Just Brakes after hearing my brake sensor go off. I received a call from the their advisor saying that the calipers needed to be rebuilt and the total would come to $288. Well since they had my vehicle in their garage I didn't want to doubt their opinion just in case they actually did something to it. So I told them to go ahead and rebuild them. About a month ago I heard a sensor going off again and took my truck back to them. After looking at it the advisor came in and said that I needed back brakes, very frustrated I asked why they didn't tell me that a few months ago his response was it probably didn't need them. They replaced my back brakes, I picked up my vehicle and noticed the sensor was going off again, took it back the next day. The advisor said the back brakes didn't need to be replaced it was a front bearing that was worn out. I decided to take it to an actual professional which is what I should have done the first time (Toyota of Fort Worth), he said if the front bearing were worn out it would make a grinding noise. The brakes "Just Brakes" put on were hard and making grooves in my rotors.
I called Jim Shipp (800) 445-7105, and told him of the entire situation he said if I would look in my owners manual it says that the brakes would make squeeking noises and to take it to another Just Brakes store so they can fix, I told him I had been in the original I took it to five different times and I don't trust them. It was a waste of time to call him he figures I will go away. I am tempted to call Channel 4 to see if they can do an undercover investigation on this company.
Everytime I went back to get another problem fixed or try to I would talk to people in the waiting room that seem to have a similar story.

How is it possible for this company to get away with this, and is there any legal action I can take????
