I ordered a 6 month service from this company, and they charged me an additional $32.90 for services I did not order. When I tried to get a refund, the person on the phone told me to email billing. When I emailed billing, they have not responded, and they still have not reversed the charges.
I complained to Live Chat, but several of their people, Samuel and Rick, disconnected the chat session on me, and now they have blocked me from using live chat anymore.
This company really does have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life! These people don't care about helping others!
I have been on many live chats before, with various other companies, and this is the first company that has people who will rudely disconnect the chat on you without telling you they will do it! When you say anything that makes them mad, they disconnect you!
This lack of customer support is absolutely unbelievable!
Stay away from this hosting company, and find a better one!

An update: Just Host issued a refund for the $32.90 for the extra charges, so everything is good now.
