Just Host scam, fraud, Lies, Bad Service, No Uptime , Internet

Just Host are full of nothing but LIES, Their promises on their website are not at all honest, "99.9% Uptime or your money back" I received 40% Uptime in 2 years and they refused to refund me, They also promised "a domain for life" but that wasn't true either

The package was £40 for 2 years with a "free" domain, When i first built my website on their hosting service they tried to steal £100 a year for a SEO optimisation, As the months progressed my site went down numerous times and i contacted the support team about this issue but they couldn't care less they gave me the usual "Your website is online" but it wasn't, Really they where saying "We have your money so we don't care about you anymore" 

When my site went down for the tenth time in 2 months i E-mailed the support team again asking for a refund but all i received back was "We are not going to issue you with a refund as we believe that your site is up" 

2 Years down the line my hosting package nearing an end, 2 days before my hosting package expired Just Host took the chance to renew my package for me, They tried charging my card for £250! for two years hosting, When they were refused to take the payment they sent me a warning letter telling me that if i do not pay within 7 days they were going to sent a debt collection team round to my house.

When i told them i was going to transfer my domain name to a different hosting service they told me that my domain is only mine for life if i stay with them for £250 a year! 

In Summary, Just Host is nothing but a fraudulent company, They will take your money and basically run away with it, Yes they will give you a service but it is not the service they promise on their home page. Their Support team is absolutely rubbish, They will only reply to your E-mails within the same week if you have purchased a £50 Support package or if you are threatening to leave but even if they reply they only tell you a load of rubbish which is completely inappropriate to your problem.

Last but not least Just Host will NEVER refund you no matter how bad your problem is, But they seem to like taking your money.

Stay away from Just Host no matter how good there offers are.
