Justhost Webhosting account suspension without any warning and no appearent reason Wilmington, Delaware

On Jan.28 all of my three websites were suspended. This is the email I received by Justhost:

1. The domain learngermancoach.com/blog that appearently had caused the suspension had just been active for about 6 weeks and had not enough traffic nor complexity to cause such an MySQL and CPU surge.

2. I find it outrageous that I was pushed to their affiliated company Singlehop to squeeze more money out of me. Justhost and Singlehop share the same IP address and therefore must be closely affiliated.

3. I was denied any access to my Cpanel account to check what had happened. After asking for detailed account logs several times I was finally told that there were no additional detailed logs.

I feel treated like a criminal without knowing what I had done wrong or what really happened. Justhost is highly anti small business in their practises. My tutoring business almost came to a standstill for an entire week. To all people out there: STAY AWAY from Justhost and check the Terms & Services of any hosting provider and their online credentials, e.g. customer reviews.
